Description of work:

• Exterior:
  • Aluminum vertical trellis, made in 2” x 6” rectangular members with Kynar finish.
  • Seamless glass railings at balconies and dock made with temper laminated glass. Top cap and bottom base with Kynar finish
• Interior:
  • Steel Cantilever stairs, with 3 points of support. The treads have a conceal metal membrane that embraces the center stringer. Center stringer is electrostatic painted. Wood tread are made in solid oak wood
  • Standoff Seamless glass railings with temper laminated glass. Stainless steel brush solid standoff with stainless steel top cap and handrail.
